These are non-exclusive emotes. Every person who buys it will have permission to use it.

1. When buying these emotes, the buyer agrees and understands these are not exclusive to you and other people may purchase them as well. Upon purchasing these emotes, you have the right to use them for graphics, icons, Discord emotes, and streaming platforms such as Twitch and Youtube.

2. Due to the nature of this product, I do not accept refunds. The buyer is not allowed to edit, trace, copy, resell, or redistribute.

3. Only the artist, (@ColonelCheru), own rights to this art and you (customer purchasing said product) are not allowed to file DMCA's against anyone who has also purchased these emotes.

4. You are not permitted to share the emote files with others.

5. I (ColonelCheru) do not give permission for any of my content to be used as or to create Non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Any NFT containing any of my content is considered unauthorized and a violation of copyright.

6. Upon purchasing, you accept and agree to all terms.
